  • The nose has a hint of cereal and biscuit notes accompanied by light citrus nuances that, warming up, get lost in dried fruit and white chocolate.
  • In the mouth it is striking its sweetness accompanied by notes of dried fruit and biscuit as well as ripe fruit, vanilla and citrus notes that complete the complexity.

  • Remarks

    In the late 1990s, Teo felt the need to select a yeast isolated from the fermentations of Scottish Islay whiskies to characterize his beers. This process took years of experimentation. Finally, in 2004, Elixir was born, a beer that would represent a key milestone in this long journey.
