AMSTEIN SA delivers throughout Switzerland only.

Distribution takes place within 3 to 5 working days.

If the first delivery attempt is unsuccessful, a second delivery will be made at the addressee's request (included in the price).

In the event of non-delivery, the item is notified to the post office and must be collected within 7 days.

There has certainly been a computer error, please contact customer service.

If your card is rejected, there may be a problem with your bank.

If this is not the case, please contact customer service.

The invoice can be found in your account, under Transaction history.

Has the validity date been exceeded? If not, please contact customer service.

Send us a photo and explanation of the delivery in question, via the contact form, within 48 hours.

If the deadline is met, we will compensate you.
