    The natural wine Clairette de Die obtained in the Drôme Valley, has the originality of being one of the oldest known in the world. After pressing the grapes, the juice is filtered and chilled, and the semi-fermented must is bottled. Fermentation, slowed down by the cold, is natural and continues from the sugar in the grapes, giving a naturally sweet and effervescent wine characterised by an explosion of flavours.
