    Canerock Jamaican Spiced Rum comes from none other than Maison Ferrand, which, under the leadership of Alexandre Gabriel, is also responsible for the wonderful Plantation Rums. The development of Canerock took an incredible 3 years and over 90 recipes until Alexandre was finally satisfied.

    The newcomer of the year in terms of spiced rum is already visually impressive with its lovingly designed bottle with a turtle, but at the latest on the palate it becomes clear: Canerock rocks! While many spiced rums consist only of colored and synthetically flavored, young rums, Canerock is breaking new ground and placing emphasis on natural flavoring with coconut pulp, vanilla pods and ginger sourced locally in Jamaica. Canerock is produced in Jamaica with the legendary Clarendon (column and pot still) and Long Pond (pot still) distilleries. Excellent neat on ice, but also a highlight as a drink! Nose: Rich and complex with notes of sweet vanilla biscuits, coffee beans, dark chocolate and coconut. Palate: Initially intense notes of caramel, followed by gentle spices and raisins, as well as delicate oak tannins. Finish: Medium-long and sweetly warming with poppy seed cake, dark cherries, plums, coconut and aftertastes of fresh mint, ginger and cloves.
