    Plantation Stiggins' Fancy Pineapple is a tribute to the character of Reverend Stiggins from Charles Dickens' first novel, ""The Pickwick Papers,"" whose favorite drink was pineapple rum. Plantation 3 Star Rum is macerated with Victoria pineapple rinds and distilled again. Plantation Original Dark Rum is also macerated, but without further distillation. The marriage of these two magical drops ultimately creates the charming Plantation Stiggins' Fancy Pineapple. Nose: Rich with citrus, exotic fruits, grilled pineapple and a hint of cloves. Palate: Ripe bananas, pineapple and exotic spices. Finish: Medium-long and charming, with fading pineapple, carried by gentle roasted aromas.
