The distribution is made within 3 to 5 working days.

If the first distribution attempt fails, a second distribution is made at the recipient's request (included in the price).

In case of non-distribution, the shipment is notified to the post office and must be withdrawn within 7 days.

The invoice can be found in your account under Transaction history.

Has the validity date been exceeded? If not, please contact customer service.

Send us a photo and explanation of the delivery in question, via the contact form, within 48 hours.

If the deadline is met, we will compensate you.

You have probably entered an incorrect password. If you have forgotten your password; Click on "Forgotten Password". A new password will be sent to your email address.

If you have forgotten the email address you used when creating your account, please contact customer service.

To update your account information, please log in and edit your data under "Contact information", "Edit my contact information".

To become a member of www.amstein.ch, fill in the registration form under "Create an account". Once validated, you will receive a confirmation email.
