What is the delivery time?
The distribution is made within 3 to 5 working days.
If the first distribution attempt fails, a second distribution is made at the recipient's request (included in the price).
In case of non-distribution, the shipment is notified to the post office and must be withdrawn within 7 days.
I did not receive my order while I was debited?
There was certainly a computing error, please contact customer service.
I can not pay for my order, what should I do?
If your card is declined, there may be a problem with your bank.
If this is not the case, please contact customer service.
I did not receive the invoice in my package, how to find it?
The invoice can be found in your account under Transaction history.
Why does my coupon not work?
Has the validity date been exceeded? If not, please contact customer service.
I did not receive what I wanted; I received damaged products; My order is not complete?
Send us a photo and explanation of the delivery in question, via the contact form, within 48 hours.
If the deadline is met, we will compensate you.

My contact information has changed, how can I change it?
To update your account information, please log in and edit your data under "Contact information", "Edit my contact information".
How to become a member?
To become a member of www.amstein.ch, fill in the registration form under "Create an account". Once validated, you will receive a confirmation email.
