Light golden yellow color, veiled, almost cloudy. White foam, very tenacious, very fine, very tight.

Expressive nose with fruity aromas, yellow fruits, pears, apples, then cereals and melon.

Velvet texture and sparkle at the start. Dominant grain flavors. Marked taste of cereals, citrus notes with a slight bitterness on the finish.
