Clear straw yellow color. Very fine white foam, very tight.

Intensity: very expressive Aromas: rose, violet, fragrance, notes of cereals, grains, breadcrumbs, oriental pastry.

Texture and soft, creamy, Slightly acidic flavor on the palate, floral and spring flavors, then a touch of bitterness.
