- Tropical and stonefruit aroma and flavour - peach, mango, apricot, melon, pineapple, lime, with fresh grassy and herbal notes.

- RemarksBy running the maturing beer through a hop sock (a fine mesh used to capture only the big pieces of hop matter) we keep a lot of hops and yeast in suspension in the finished beer, giving the characteristic hazy appearance. These add to the body and also the bitterness, so despite having a low % of IBUs in the beer there is still some bite to balance the sweet malt character.
