- RemarksThis beer is brewed to an approximate Original Gravity of 1.031 using two varieties of malted barley. One variety of hops was added into the kettle during boiling the wort. The wort is cooled and transferred to a fermentation vessel where it is fermented to an approximate Final Gravity of 1.005. The beer is then matured in tank before being filtered and packaged. The beer is Gluten Free, we add an enzyme (Clarex) to the recipe, which breaks down the gluten in the barley, making the beer gluten free. We leave barley bolded in the ingredients as people can be allergic to proteins other than the gluten proteins in barley.
- DescriptionYou deserve crisp, refreshing, very cold lager. Coming in at 3.4% with a subtle lemon flavour, this is a dry, drinkable and infinitely sessionable smasher of a beer. More effective than a fan blowing hot air into your face. Less messy than a Mr Whippy. Lager as it should be.
