- A lager with a dark burgundy robe, characterized by its good performance, creamy head and rich bouquet.
- A rich bouquet with aromas of sweet caramel. It also brings out aromas of roasted coffee and dark chocolate.
- Authentic Belgian brown beer with roasted aromas and a hint of coffee and dark chocolate.
Remarks
The beer is very smooth, not too strong at all but the alcohol taste is there. The bitterness comes more from a nutty character combined with the roasting of the used malts. These qualities are easily carried through to the aftertaste which lingers sufficiently.
Food pairings
Mushrooms, gravy, cheese: Stichelton, Moor
Description
