- This beer has a soft and generous white head.
- It is a complex beer, with a great deal of fruitiness (ripe banana) and a fine hoppy bitterness.
- It is round full and subtly sweet in the mouth, rounded off by fruit notes and a hint of bitterness. The finish is long, dry and pleasantly bitter.
Remarks
For a nice clear beer, store the bottles upright in a dark place between 8 and 14°C. Pour slowly and carefully and leave around 1 cm of beer in the bottle. That is the yeast sediment. You can serve that separately. This beer is best savoured when served in its original Westmalle-made long-stemmed glass.

Spicy dishes, smoked or grilled fish, seafood, poultry, cheese
