Description
Pinard de Bruxelles is our annual collaboration with winegrower Jehan du Languedoc. This 5th cuvée is a wild and spontaneous creation that hovers between beer and wine. A blend of one-year-old Dansaert Lambic and must from a trio of French red grapes. A blend of 2/3 lambic and 1/3 red grape must from Crape, Languedoc. Lambic from grappa tuns and Bordeaux casks, brewed in 21‘-22’ vats of Grenache, Syrah and Mourvèdre must.
