- DescriptionThe vineyard covers almost 18 hectares, of which just over 15 hectares are in production. The vines are 33 years old on average and are planted on clay-limestone soils on the western plateau of Saint-Émilion. Vinification and maturing The grapes are harvested by hand, followed by de-stemming and manual sorting. Vinification by plot. Thermo-regulated vatting. Traditional alcoholic fermentation in inverted truncated cone vats. Vatting time of 28 days. Gentle extraction. Maceration protected from the air. Aged for 16 months in barrels (65% new, 35% in vats, amphorae, 20 hl tuns).
