- Food pairingsPour several ice cubes into a shaker. Add 5cl of NAGA Pearl of Jakarta, 2cl of artichoke liqueur, 5cl of ginger liqueur, 1/2 lime juice, 1 shot of Angostura bitter and finally a pinch of salt. Shake vigorously and serve in a cocktail glass with the decoration of your choice.
- DescriptionNAGA Pearl of Jakarta is a Batavia Arrack, the name given to rum in Indonesia. It is distilled on the island of Java and then aged for 3 years in teak barrels, the local wood, 4 years in American oak ex bourbon barrels, and finally 1 year in cherry wood barrels.
