Notes
Tone: Clean and intense red color Nose: Clean aroma and balance between fruit and minerality, with notes of red fruits and a touch of spice. Palate: Balanced, fruity, mineral and velvety. Well-integrated tannins, and very engaging acidity.

Food pairing
Game meat, oven-baked duck, dark chocolate

Grapes harvested and selected by hand. Trampled in degranit tanks with the start of fermentation. Fermentation with controlled temperature, part in French oak barrels. 18 months of aging in French oak barrels.
