Armagnac VS While traditional VS Armagnac is at least 2 years old ,our Armagnac VS Castarède is a blend aged in wooden cask at least 3 years. Exclusively produced on our estate situated in the heart of the region called Bas Armagnac which produces the finest brandy on the area. Attentive to the quality, we prefer the distillation and the ageing process, in hand made oak barrels, to take place in our Château. Tasting Notes : is soft in the mouth and not aggressive on the palate . To be served : on the rocks , this Armagnac is also perfect for cocktails or to sublimate your cooking recipes. generous flavours will always be surprising.
