Notes
As an aperitif, its freshness goes perfectly with a Crémant de Bourgogne. In the kitchen, it will sublimate many sauces, like that of a duck breast for example. Try it also to enhance a dessert, on a melon or in a strawberry salad.

Food pairing
In a cocktail shaker, mix 15 ml of Trénel Peach Vine Cream with 40 ml of vodka, 1 teaspoon of sugar syrup, the juice of 1/2 lemon and 5 torn coriander leaves. Serve in a low glass over ice with a slice of lemon.

Trénel Crème de Pêche de Vigne has a beautiful orange, golden and brilliant colour. Its nose is very aromatic, with hints of peach. On the palate, the fruit explodes, powerful, rich, and without heaviness. The vine peach also has a unique tannic flavour.
