A warm chestnut brown with red glints and a cream-beige head.

The abbey yeast in combination with the rye, wheat, and roasted malts generates a complex bouquet of dark dried fruits: plums, dates, rum raisins, and a hint of hazelnut.

The drink is dry and elegant and leaves behind a wine-like impression.

Brewery's info

The Insel-Brauerei has been brewing rare beers since 2015 – little known, forgotten, or self-created beer styles using open fermentation and bottle conditioning. They are brewed and bottled on the island of Rügen and traditionally bottle conditioned at 25 ° C in a ripening chamber. The natural paper wrapping ensures the long freshness.
