Since its foundation in 1216, the Abbey of Val-Dieu is symbolysed by 2 rings whose motto is : "In Vinculo Pacis". Val-Dieu stands for authenticity and quality, and it is the only Belgian Abbey beer100% brewed in a living Abbey, just like the famous Trappist beers.
