  • Description

Atlantik-Ale is a natural pale ale with 11.7% original wort. Alcohol content: 5.1% vol. Pilsner, wheat, and light specialty malts give it its straw-yellow color. Warm fermentation with top-fermenting ale yeast creates this dry drink. Cold hopping with Cascade, Amarillo, and Citra varieties produces an intense aroma of lemon, grapefruit, and pineapple, as well as a crisp bitterness.
