  • Description
    This Teeling bottling, produced in a small edition of just 6,000 bottles, was created as part of another small batch collaboration with the Dot Brew Brewery in Dublin. High-quality grain and malt whisky was first matured separately in bourbon barrels for up to 5 years and then married in a ratio of 4:1 in IPA (India Pale Ale) barrels. Nose: Plums and blackberries, alongside citrus notes, dates and hints of hops and spices. Palate: Black pepper and oak tannins, beautifully balanced by grapefruit, sour cherries and rich, dark fruits. Finish: Medium-long and spicy with dry tannins and warming spices.
