  • Description

    Maceration for 48 hours of juniper berries, coriander seeds, forest berries and star anise. This mixture is then distilled to obtain a 72 % ABV which will finally be diluted with spring water to obtain a Gin at 43 % ABV. The sweetness of red berries enhanced by the notes of of star anise which brings a nice length in mouth.
