Food pairings
Ideal to accompany pan-fried foie gras or in a terrine. Dessert wine par excellence, it goes well with fruit tarts; it also goes well with blue cheese.
Description
Dense yellow colour with golden hues; perfume of raspberry brandy, white truffle, raspberry, quince and candied fruit. In the mouth, the aromas perceived on the nose are strongly exalted, giving it a magnificent complexity. A fat, unctuous, warm wine with a good balance between alcohol and acidity. Definitely a wine to keep.
