- Bright, ruby brown color with minimal light brown foam.
- Good balance of sweet aromatics such as brown sugar, caramel and toffee. Dried fruits of raisin with date and small amount licorice/anise.
- Mildy Sweet & Gently Bitter
Remarks
It has lots of flavorful malts and a little roasted malt for color. Since our house lager is already the "bock" yeast, this beer tests its alcohol tolerance!
Food pairings
dessert, BBQ
