- After approximately 6 months of fermentation in the bottle, this Gueuze develops its golden colour and sparkling taste. Its flavour continues to improve over time.
- Sherry-like aroma
- Slightly sour, smooth Gueuze. Very refreshing and thirst-quenching. The second fermentation in the bottle results in a drinkable life identical to that of a bottle of fine wine.
