"Dark" refers to the beautiful dark colour of the lambic, thanks to roasted wheat and being aged for 3 years, including one year in 20-year old oak cognac barrels. A perfect marriage between the fresh-sour taste of lambic and the subtle notes of cognac, powerful and complex, which enchants both the nose and the taste buds.
