Colle Carpito 2016 IGT Toscana San Luciano

The wine is obtained from selected Sangiovese and Montepulciano grapes from the Cresta del Gallo vineyards in the hills of Monte S. Savino-Arezzo. The careful and accurate vinification in steel, with fermentation at a controlled temperature, a careful stay in French oak barriques and the subsequent refinement in the bottle for two or three months, in an environment at a thermo-conditioned temperature, characterize the typicality of this wine, before being placed on the markets.
