Vinification in vats on fine lees

Food pairing
It goes very well with fresh foie gras and foie gras terrines, or duck foie gras escalopes; for dessert, with strawberries, raspberries, tarts and other sweet tarts and other flavoured sweets.

A deep yellow colour with a golden hue. On the nose, a festival of fruity notes with scents of beeswax, ripe apricot, quince and slightly candied fruit. The attack is soft, the acidity blends harmoniously with the sugar; a fat, unctuous and warm wine.
