    This very aromatic golden-color wine has a pleasant flower fragrance combined with notes of dried fruits (apricot, peach and exotic fruits). It is fat but dry, high in alcohol and still round in taste with a long finish on the palate. Ideal with calf’s sweet-bread and mild spicy Asian cooking, cooked fish dish and cold white cuts, strong tasty cheese.
