  • Description

    A privileged terroir and exposure produce grapes with a high sugar content. Small, round bunches of grapes that wait for their blue-black colour to take on a waxy skin before being picked and delicately destemmed. Long vatting and daily punching down extract maximum colour, soften and reveal supple, rustic tannins and subtle, aromatic fruitiness.
