- DescriptionMoscato d'Asti Terre di Monte Olmo was selected years ago by a Tamborini tasting commission to be part of the Vini Rari Piemontesi project. This Moscato wine is produced by the "LA MORANDINA" Winery in Castiglione Tinella, founded in the early 19th century by the Morando family; to this day, part of the cellar dating back to that period is used to age the wines. The overall surface area of the property is 20 hectares. The Moscato vineyards are located in the "heart" of the production area, Castiglione Tinella. It is a fresh and refined wine, straightforward and uncompromising, with a light straw yellow colour with golden reflections. On the nose it is fragrant, aromatic, fruity, intense, with notes of meringue, musk and sage, while on the palate it is sweet, particularly balanced, with a delicate and harmonious acidity. Velvety and persistent.
