    A selection of the best grapes of the estate; we leave the juice a long time on skins in order to achieve rich and powerful wines which will mature in oak barrels. Our winemaking references are more Burgundian than Beaujolais: the finishing of the alcoholic fermentation and the malolactique fermentation take place in Barriques to achieve better flavours integration between fruit of the grapes and oak
