    From 2009 onwards, the architects of Château Pédesclaux's renaissance made decisive choices in both the vineyard and the winery. The in-depth restructuring of the vineyard and the acquisition of new quality plots were accompanied by the implementation of environmentally-friendly growing practices, culminating in organic farming certification. This far-reaching evolution is symbolized by the unique architecture of the Château and its 100% gravity-fed winery. A monument to technology, the latter is entirely dedicated to revealing the purest expression of the Pédesclaux terroir. Jacky, Françoise and Manon Lorenzetti have only one objective: to make the best wine possible. The teams share their values and their desire to gain in precision and finesse of execution, with a constant concern for excellence.
