    We created our Azur as a tribute to the skies of Gers, between their vivid blue color strongly contrasting with the green rolling hills of the region. Light, yet earthy, it will bring new light to old time favorites: base of a sidecar, or topped up with sparkling wine to make a memorable French 75, our VS will surprise you with its complexity.
