    FOUNDERS’ SELECTION 2017 MAN O’ WORDS STR (Shaved, Toasted & Re-charred) Cask 321 SINGLE CASK-SINGLE MALT 62.1% ABV 70cl STRs are former red Burgundy hogsheads. Re-coopered using a secret process developed by the Dr Jim Swan and Miguel Martin in Spain, these Swan/Martin STRs are recognised for producing a wonderful fruity character that is very well suited to Annandale’s unpeated Man O’ Words spirit. This is the rst release of STR matured Single Malt from Annandale. Our co-founder, David Thomson, thought it a wonderful tribute to his late friend, Jim Swan.
