Notes
To enjoy the full aromatic purity of this crème de cassis, we recommend serving it fresh on a bed of crushed ice. In cooking, it will enhance a winegrower's sauce, served with eggs en meurette or coq au vin.

Food pairing
Serve it as a blackcurrant mojito, with white rum, lime and mint, with sparkling water or crémant.

This Hautes-Côtes-de-Nuits Burgundy blackcurrant cream has a very pretty, brilliant purple colour with violet hues. Its nose is complex and very concentrated. It offers us an explosion of blackcurrant and liquorice aromas as well as notes of undergrowth. On the palate, the attack is rich, then we find the vivacity of the blackcurrant to give a balance and a beautiful harmony to this cream. The length is masterful.
