Colomba displays a fresh straw colour highlighted by a long-lasting head of white-blossoms and transparent bubbles.

Its exclusive recipe confers Colomba, an intense and vegetal fragrance, quite spicy with hints of citrus fruits.

A delicate flavour, with a taste of malt and, hints of citrus fruits, ester and floral notes and persistent spicy aromas.

Brasserie Pietra opened its doors in 1996 in Corsica under the instigation of Dominique and Armelle Sialelli. In love with their island, in love with beer, they regretted that no Corsican beer existed, so they decided to invent one.
