In April 2007, in a godforsaken industrial estate in north east Scotland, BrewDog came howling into the world. A decade of dog, 1500+ employees, and three breweries later, we are the fastest growing Food & Drinks company in the UK and breaking into international markets like a shark on steroids. brewed with OG of 1.046 using five malted barley varieties.The wort is cooled and transferred to a fermentation vessel where it is fermented to an approximate Final Gravity of 1.014.
