Oude Geuze Boon Black Label Edition N°9 delivers again the typical long, dry finish and full body which we associate with Boon Black Label.

With a touch of very fresh, slightly sparkling citrus, it also features a grapefruit aroma nicely surrounded by a gentle acidity.

Notes
This Edition N°9 was bottled on 7 September 2022. The blend is a mixture of one-, two- and three-year-old lambics that have matured in oak casks.

Food pairing
It fits perfectly with fish dishes, such as for example oysters, salmon or mussels.
