  • Moderate red color with a light haze and a small amount of light pink foam.
  • Very berry forward, including red currant, black currant, subtle gooseberry. Other fruity flavors including concord grape, citrus and lime, as well as a touch of honey & hibiscus.

    These are especially sour berries, so to balance the flavors we have left a lot of residual sweetness in the beer, and we've added the fruit after fermentation to keep sweetness in.
