- A bright clear golden color. Effervescence reminiscent with its thin and lively bubbles endlessly dancing under a light and airy non lasting foam.
- fruity notes, with a distinct spiciness to it. Taste ripe banana, allspice, green apple peels, unripe pears, and a hint of meadowsweet. Subtle caramel touch.
- Herbal and floral notes. Lemon citrus notes. Light, bright, dry and vivacious.
Remarks
Two ancestral crafts : Brewing and “Méthode Traditionnelle” used for sparkling wines. The artisanal recipe for a pure &“Brut” beer, with fine bubbles, crowned with a light foam.

Our brewery is based in French Flanders at Godewaersvelde. The idea was to create a « champ beer » (BIERE BRUT « Méthode Originale ») that is halfway between beer and Champagne
