A sweet, light and smooth aperitif cocktail…

The unexpected and surprising cocktail!



  • 5cl of FLEUR D’ÉLIXIR
  • 2cl of agave syrup
  • 2cl of lemon juice
  • 1 egg white
  • 5cl of Floral Tonic or sparkling water
  • Hibiscus powder plus 1 hibiscus flower


  1. Fill the shaker with ice cubes
  2. Add FLEUR D’ÉLIXIR, agave syrup, 2cl of lemon juice, 1 egg white
  3. Shaker vigorously
  4. Fill the glass with ice cubes and pour the whole content in the shaker
  5. Gently add Floral Tonic or sparkling water
  6. Garnish with the hibiscus flower and sprinkle with hibiscus powder
