Description
This Hautes-Côtes-de-Nuits Burgundy blackcurrant cream has a very pretty, brilliant purple colour with violet hues. Its nose is complex and very concentrated. It offers us an explosion of blackcurrant and liquorice aromas as well as notes of undergrowth. On the palate, the attack is rich, then we find the vivacity of the blackcurrant to give a balance and a beautiful harmony to this cream. The length is masterful.
