  • This beer has a dark, reddish-brown colour with a full, pale yellow head.
  • The bouquet is full of esters and fruitiness. Dominant notes of ripe banana.
  • Fruity yet slightly bitter taste, with a long, dry finish.
  • Remarks

For a nice clear beer, store the bottles upright in a dark place between 8 and 14°C. Pour slowly and carefully and leave around 1 cm of beer in the bottle. That is the yeast sediment. You can serve that separately. This beer is best savoured when served in its original Westmalle-made long-stemmed glass.
