  • Remarks

Sottovenda is the name of a street and therefore of a wine. On the south-east sloap of Monte Venda, at 400 mt above sea level, the earth is a variegated intertwining of volcanic breccia, clays, marls and trachytes : a cru where we have chosen to plant the white varieties that best translates these characteristics in minerality and structure. Manzoni bianco and a small part of Riesling and Pinella gives life to this persistent, long-lived mineral white.

  • Food pairings

when young it goes well with fish dishes, stuffed pasta, risotto, meat or fish tartar. Over the years it is perfect with white meats

  • Description

elegant and structured full wine, with mineral hints. It ages for 1 year in large oak barrels and rests for a further 10 months in concrete
