- DescriptionAfter destemming, the crushed berries are fermented for two weeks. The wine is aged partly in tonneaus (650 liters capacity) and partly in larger oak barrels. During the year-long aging, a process takes place that integrates and rounds out the structuring tannins into the lush body without obscuring the fresh grape aromas with wood notes.
