Description
Vinified in barrels for 18 months, with stirring, this wine, made from local grape varieties, opens with a deep, intense bouquet of slightly toasted apricots. On the palate, it is a refined white with a yeasty texture and fine tannins. Serious spicy notes and a linear structure, finely salted and promising. This vintage makes it a fairly powerful wine that will harmonise over the years.
