    Terroir Village of Naujan et Postiac Clay, Limestone. AOP Bordeaux Grape varieties Cabernet-Franc, Cabernet-Sauvignon, Merlot. Vintage and Vinification A "hot" vintage for which we had to keep a sharp eye on the acidity & alcohol levels! Grape picking at night. Direct pressing at low temperature and ageing in stainless-steel vats on fine lees until bottling. Tasting Pale shiny color a nose of fresh raspberry and gooseberry. The chiseled mouth shows precision with its zesty cabernet tanins, elegant smoothness stretching towards a long digestive finish with hint of grapefruit.
