Remarks
Frank notes of red fruits which have an impressive liveliness from the first nose. The substance on the palate offers concentration, but also and above all a beautiful lightness, allowing you to elevate yourself. The aromatic freshness is very beautiful, and continues with a very delicate material.
Food pairings
This biodynamic wine includes flavors of a dark chocolate slab and rich cherries mid palate. Flavors are rich, with silky tannins, and wellintegrated acidity. A dark beauty. Pleasant acidity, mild cherries and mint on the finish. Consider pairing with foie gras or roasted duck.
